Having joined the Firm in February 2018, Anuji presently serves as an Associate at SPA Corporate Services (Private) Limited - the Company Secretarial arm of Sudath Perera Associates, and, SPA Business Assistance (Private) Limited - an affiliate company of Sudath Perera Associates which handles matters pertaining to regulatory registrations.
Before joining Sudath Perera Associates, Anuji was employed at a highly diversified quoted company along with its group of companies for more than three years, where she was a part of Finance and Strategic Planning teams of the Group. Anuji obtained her Bachelor of Laws with Honors from University of London, in 2018, and was called to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in July 2023. She also holds a Diploma in International Relations from Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies and has completed the Foundation Level of ACCA.
