The Court of Appeal yesterday restrained the operation of the letter dated May 26, 2015 signed by Director General of Customs, written to Euro Sports Auto Lanka Private Limited, stating that the request for re-exporting the Lamborghini vehicles has been turned down. The aforesaid letter further directed the petitioner to pay all applicable taxes for vehicles within ten days, of the date stated.
