Gamini is a Partner at Sudath Perera Associates. His main areas of practice are Arbitration & Commercial Litigation, especially in Banking, Leasing, Tax and International Customs Law. He is also expert in Project Management, Regulatory Compliance Management and Management Theory & Practice.
Gamini was called to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka as an Attorney at Law in 1995. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Humanities. He has a Post-Attorney Diploma in Banking and Insurance Law. He has also earned a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Trade Law offered by the University of Wales and a Master of Customs Administration (MCA) offered by the Post Graduate Institute of Management of University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
He believes that Sudath Perera Associates differentiates itself by making an extra effort to fully understand the needs of clients and to deliver the services they require. Away from the office, Gamini enjoys reading, walking, Yoga and swimming.
