Manoj is the Lead In-House Counsel at Sudath Perera Associates and has been with the firm since 2008. His areas of practice are Civil litigation, Company Law, Competition Law, Consumer Law, Telecommunications Law, Banking and Finance law, Regulatory Law, Fraud and Defamation. Manoj draws from vast experience in law from leading firms in Sri Lanka prior to his career at Sudath Perera Associates. Manoj is one of the firm’s most reputed lawyers and has been listed by international ranking systems as an outstanding lawyer.
He has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Colombo and was called to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2001. Manoj believes that Sudath Perera Associates owes much of its success to the firm’s client focused approach to business.
He describes himself as a mature lawyer who came into the profession by accident. He is a quiet and thoughtful man who relaxes by spending time with his family.
