Having joined the Firm in March 2018, Minidi presently a Partner and serves as the Head Company Secretary at SPA Corporate Services (Private) Limited, the Company Secretarial arm of Sudath Perera Associates.
Before joining Sudath Perera Associates, Minidi was employed at another top tier law firm for more than two years, where she handled the company secretarial aspects of several listed and unlisted companies.
Minidi obtained her Bachelor of Laws with Honors from the Faculty of Law of University of Colombo, in 2015. She was called to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in January 2017 and is a member of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka. In addition, she obtained two Masters’ qualifications (i.e., LLM in International Business and Commercial Law, and Master of Science in International Business Management) from the University of West London, UK. Minidi also became a CIMA Passed Finalist, pursuant to the due completion of Top CIMA in 2014.
