Our lawyers' experience also extends to representation of lenders, including those involved in the construction of various projects, as well as to landlords, tenants, developers and other parties involved in real estate transactions. We have represented lenders as credit-enhancement parties in securitised transactions and lenders acting in a mortgage-banking set up. The Firm has advised sellers and purchasers of bulk portfolios of real estate assets, including mortgages, loans and leases.

Our Lawyers have substantial experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and real estate leases, including leases for office,commercial and retail purposes. Assistance and drafting of lease amendments, subleases and termination agreements is also provided.

We have helped in planning, constructing and forming large resort developments including condominiums, industrial parks, etc. Our lawyers act on behalf of clients in all phases of such development, including qualification of the project for permanent loan financing and private mortgage insurance.
