This covers advising on acquisitions and disposals of immovable freehold and leasehold property and assisting to negotiate, drafting, attending to the execution and registering of tenancy & lease agreements, agreements to sell, deeds of transfers, deeds of exchange, deeds of renunciation, deeds of gifts, deeds of partition etc in respect of both land and premises and condominium apartments. We also execute tripartite agreements and agreements to sell and other relevant documents in respect of prospective Condominium Projects. We also attend to word to word reviewing of residential, commercial and industrial lease agreements and comment and make amendments to the same on the face of the document thereby enabling clients to negotiate with the other party and finalise the same.
