Sachini is an Associate at Sudath Perera Associates. She joined the firm in 2023 and is attached to the Employment and Labour Department. Sachini holds the Gold Standard LL.B from the University of London and was the 100% scholarship holder for the University of London degree programme. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is currently reading her Master of Laws from the University of Colombo. She also holds the Diploma in Forensic Medicine and Toxicology from the University of Colombo. She was formerly attached to the Honourable Attorney General’s Department as an apprentice. Following her academic achievements, she was called to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2021. She is very keen on writing, publishing, and research-based work as well.
