Charmalie Weerasekera

Charmalie joined Sudath Perera Associates in 2005. She is director of the firm’s company secretarial division.

She worked previously at Paul Ratnayeke Associates and at Aitken Spence.

She was called to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 1997 and is a member of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka.

She specialises in private client, immigration, corporate services and company secretarial matters.
