Deshan Hewavithana

Deshan joined Sudath Perera Associates in 2002 and is a Senior Associate at the firm.

Deshan obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Colombo and was called to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 1999.

He is a member of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka and the Center for Monitoring Election Violence of Sri Lanka (CMEV).

He specialises in litigation with an emphasis on criminal law, brand protection, anti counterfeiting and anti piracy.
