Nathaya is a Partner at Sudath Perera Associates who joined the firm in 2014 and is attached to the Brand Protection Department. Her areas of practice include Intellectual Property Law and Anti-Counterfeit and Anti-Piracy Law, Regulatory & Compliance Law, Civil & Commercial Law, and Immigration Law.
Nathaya obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Queen Mary University of London and was called to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2018. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of West London.
